In our 21 Day Trial you have unlimited Small Group Training that is a 4 client to 1 coach ratio as well as unlimited crossfit and team training! It is a combination of cardio and weights. We are able to customize the workout to fit your individual needs! For more detailed information, I would be happy to pass your contact information to a Fitness Coach who can answer more specific questions.

Q: How much do you charge?
We charge $97 for the 21-day plan. We also have an additional 3 week add on for $77!
Q: Is there an orientation?
No, there is no pre-program orientation. Once you sign up for the program, a Coach from our Epic Ultimate Results team will reach out to you to schedule a pre-training assessment before your program starts.
Q: What will I get in your 21 days package? What’s this program all about? What is the duration of the program? How will the 21 days program help me lose weight?
In this program you will get Unlimited Small Group Training as well as Unlimited Crossfit, Team Training and Spin! We will put you through and individual fitness assessment as well as provide a complete fat loss and muscle toning package that will make you look and feel better than ever. You will get a basic nutrition plan with this option and also the option to upgrade to a customized nutrition plan or an additional three weeks of training.
Q: Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we have some general guidelines included in the program that will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. We also offer completely customized plans for an additional fee.
Q: Do you offer custom diet plans as well?
Yes, we offer completely customized nutrition plans for an additional fee.
Q: Do you offer custom exercise plans as well?
We will assess your current level of fitness in your pre-training assessment, which will help us train you in the best way we can. We offer modifications to exercises and can scale the workouts to your fitness level. We do not offer one-on-one personal training with custom exercise plans.
Q: Is this a group activity or one on one personal training for 21 days?
We will not offer one on one personal training however we will offer small group training that is a 4 client to 1 coach ratio! We have found our clients to get amazing results with this! We will also have large group training as well in this 21 day program!
Q: I am 15 and interested in this, is there an age limit criteria for joining this program?
While adolescents can do our at-home workouts on their own or with a parent, they cannot participate in our adult classes, and participants must be at least 16 years old.

Q: How long are the exercise sessions?
Each session lasts for about 45-55 mins.
Q: Do I need to come to certain session or times of day?
No, you do not need to pick a specific time to attend. You may show up to any class on the schedule that you would like to. We also help you with your schedule in our initial assessment.
Q: I would like to know the place before to enrolled. Do you think that could be possible
Yes, the gym will be able to give you a tour of their facilities before enrolling or before the program start date. Feel free to stop by or give them a call 706-910-8136.
Q: Do I need to join the gym to do the 21-day program?
You do not need to join that particular gym during (or after) the program. This program is all inclusive, no other fees during the 21 days. We do not have a joining fee.
Q: Do I have to come for 21 straight days?
It’s actually up to your liking and convenience. However, our experts recommend that you work out on the program for 4 sessions per week for BEST results. We will help you build a schedule that best fits your lifestyle!
Q: If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Sure, you can! We have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level
Q: Is there an eligibility criteria to start the 21 day exercise plan? Can I join if I am over 300 / 400 pounds?
If you have willingness to make changes to support a healthy lifestyle, we have something for you, regardless of physical condition, mental health, or emotional well-being. Everyone deserves to feel and enjoy the freedom of movement.
Q: I was training at Flex Gym and looking for an alternative. Can I join this program along with my regular gym?
This would be a good complement to what you are already doing, but it’s really designed to be a “stand alone” program. We provide everything you would need to drop body fat, get into great shape and feel amazing.
Q: After the 3 weeks, if I wanted to join the gym as a regular member how would I do that and what that would be price wise?
As for joining the gym after the 21-days, you can certainly do so! All you have to do is make an appointment with one of our Directors of training and we would be happy to go over all of our package options as well as find the one that best fits you!
Q: What if I don’t see the desired results in 21 days?
No worries! If you attend at least 4 sessions per week, follow our nutrition plan and you don’t see results in 21 days, you’ll get a full refund. So how about getting registered right away!
Q: How much weight will I lose?
Our fitness plans have proven to help our participants shed off your extra fat. The results, however, vary. I promise you will get results!
Q: What benefit do I get with the 3 additional weeks of training?
It is an extended program. By adding on an extra three weeks, it is more likely to increase your results.
Q: Is this website secure to make the payments? Is my information safe with you If I apply for the online registration?

If you prefer, you can pay in person at the gym!

Q: I understand this is a discounted rate; however, do you offer these programs regularly?
We run these periodically throughout the year. Not sure yet when we are running another one after this. But these programs are limited to non-members and first time participants.
Q: Is all the money due in one payment? Can I pay that in installments?
Yes, all the money is due up front. We are not set up for installments at this time.
