Active Recovery classes are part of our CrossFit programming but will be inclusive and beneficial for the entire gym! These classes are designed to promote maximum recovery and mobility while still having fun. We will spend the first half of classes focusing on Mobility and stretching in the form of light yoga, foam rolling and flow style stretching. The second half of class will incorporate light cardio and Games that promote coordination and balance!
Many people strength train with weights, while others do cardio or aerobics- somewhere between is Afterburn, the ultimate fat loss workout. Some of the tools and techniques may seem new to you, but many have been around for 100 years! Not only will you burn up to 1,000 calories an hour, but you will continue to burn fat and calories up to 48 hours after your workout is complete.
Bench Mark Saturdays will include anything from a specific workout to a max lift.This will run in 8 week cycles were on the 9th week we will begin re-testing the workouts and lifts and crushing our personal records or “PR’s!!” Saturdays apart from the programmed benchmark for that day will be Open Gym beginning at 8 and ending at 12.

Programming is focused on conditioning & endurance through running, rowing, & calisthenics w/ the use of kettle bells, medicine & slam balls, sleds & body weight movements. Light Olympic lifting & low-mid level gymnastics may also be incorporated.

This circuit challenge utilizes a specially designed WaterRower machine to provide short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength and sculpting stations designed to target and chisel the legs, the core and the arms. You will find yourself working harder than you ever imagined because of the camaraderie, friendly team competition and motivation designed to push you to your max effort and provide extreme results.
Spinning is fun, challenging and designed to leave you drenched with sweat! You will get a high-energy cycling class with some booty shaking music for one, heart-pounding ride..You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose so remember... its your road, your ride so make the most of it! 45 min.
