I am an avid crossfitter, scuba diver, mountain biker, runner and adventure seeker who works out 5 to 6 times a week. I have been receiving massages on a bi-weekly basis from Christina for quite some time. I live my life sore but always feel great after having a session. Receiving massages on a continuing basis is a huge key to my performance in the CrossFit realm as well as my job in the military. She always has a smile on her face and is a wealth of knowledge on places to eat, thing to do in the area and always willing to offer advice.
