Starting Point Assessment

This is our initial assessment that you will sign up for after purchasing your 21-Day Epic Challenge. During this one-on-one appointment you will meet with our director of training to discuss how to set your goals and learn the most effective way to reach them. You will also go through a Functional Movement Screen where we will be able to give you a one-on-one Fitness Assessment so that we can build an individual program design just for you!  Ultimate Ride and Fitness is a results driven studio that offers solutions for every fitness level. In this appointment we will also introduce you to all areas of our studio and answer all your questions you may have.  Call for a starting point today! 


Small Group Training 

When it comes to exercise, statistics have proven that working out in a small group has increased results and success in women. Not only is a small group more affordable, but it is far more fun and can offer a more intense workout because you have others to compete against! The EPIC coaches provide the motivation, education, guidance, and individual instruction required to achieve personal fitness goals. Coaches will design a tailored exercise program for each individual that reflects the client’s objectives, fitness level, and experience. Coaches will also evaluate and modify the exercise program according to the changing needs of the individual.

Team Training 

Team Training is perfect for the member who wants to burn the most calories in the shortest amount of time.  Each sessions runs approximately 30-40 minutes and is the best solution for a member who has a limited time to workout. These sessions are metabolic in nature which means they are a great option for fat burning.  There are three types of Team Training:

Industrial Strength-Want to get stronger, slimmer and more athletic? This is the solution. Working with heavier loads and fewer reps means more strength, without bulk. This program combines old-school methods and modern science to achieve better strength and conditioning.

Afterburn -Many people strength train with weights, while others do cardio or aerobics- somewhere between is Afterburn, the ultimate fat loss workout. Some of the tools and techniques may seem new to you, but many have been around for 100 years! Not only will you burn up to 1,000 calories an hour, but you will continue to burn fat and calories up to 48 hours after your workout is complete.

Metcon-is a cross-training crossfit style workout designed to accommodate all fitness levels...perfect for the new beginner, yet challenging enough for those who have been working out for awhile. Programming is focused on conditioning & endurance through running, rowing, & calisthenics w/ the use of kettle bells, medicine & slam balls, sleds & body weight movements. Light Olympic lifting & low-mid level gymnastics may also be incorporated.

Shockwave- ShockWave is extreme cross-training at its best! This circuit challenge utilizes a specially designed WaterRower machine to provide short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength and sculpting stations designed to target and chisel the legs, the core and the arms. You will find yourself working harder than you ever imagined because of the camaraderie, friendly team competition and motivation designed to push you to your max effort and provide extreme results. 


Spinning is fun, challenging and designed to leave you drenched with sweat! You will get a high-energy cycling class with some booty shaking music for one, heart-pounding ride..You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose so remember... its your road, your ride so make the most of it! 45 min.

MYZONE® is a new innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity.

It monitors heart rate, calories, time and MYZONE® Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness.

Speciality Programs 

Our specialty programs are scheduled and run throughout the year for members and non-members alike, providing yet another alternative to spice up your fitness journey. Specialty programs are an ideal option for individuals who want to try something different for a short period of time to crosstrain their workouts, or who want to push themselves a little harder in preparation for an event they are looking forward to, such as a wedding or reunion.

Specialty programs change per season, so check back periodically to see what we are offering! Registration is easy--simply call us to register or answer any questions you might have at 706-910-8136. No membership is required to participate in any of our specialty programs. Please do try to register at least 10 days prior to the program start date. If you know someone who would like to join a specialty class, Gift Certificates are always available! Examples of some of these are: Thinner Winner, 10-Day Fat Blasts, 21 Day Back to School Back to You and lots of others. 

Zone Match creates an inclusive, effective training environment that leverages on competition and provides a score from which to measure progress. Additionally, it takes the boredom out of cardio training and helps to ensure that users get the most out of every session. These can be anywhere from 20 minutes to 45 minute sessions ran to fit your schedule.
